First introduced with the 2000 version of Microsoft Project Task Calendars are an often overlooked or misunderstood feature that can further help your schedule model real life limitations. I have met many users over the past 10 years who have not appreciated the potential of this feature, on more than one occasion I have met users who have applied their projects “Base Calendar” to all the tasks in their project, their rationale being Task Calendars are available and therefore should be used.
